We understand things happen please keep in mind the following: If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled service or cancels on the same day, they will be charged a 75% cancellation fee. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. If a cancellation is made after the 48-hour window, a 50% fee will be applied.
